collected, created and documented by
Sue Ludwig from 1998 & 1999)
is Copyright. Written permission must
be obtained from S. Ludwig to use information
from this site. An acknowledgement as
required by copyright law and a contact
listing back to the AMGR will be required.
Like everyone else, we spend many hours
preparing animals and setting up for
shots, to get that "perfect"
photo, and spend even more time (sometimes
days) on personally designed Graphics.
Due to this, they are Copyright and
written permission from the AMGR (or
the photographer listed on the photo)
must also be obtained to use them.
The AMGR is working in affiliation with
the Miniature
Goat Breeders Association of Australia
Inc.
Current members of the MGBAA Inc, registered
as breeders of the AMGR may use the
AMGR logo on there website provided
a link to the AMGR ( http://www.myminiaturegoats.com/index.htm
) is attached. The AMGR logo may also
be used, by current MGBAA Inc members
on Stud promotional material, signs
etc. Please contact the AMGR prior
to use. Unauthorised use of the AMGR
Logo is not permitted.
Please Note: The Australian Miniature
Goat Association (AMGA), continues to
take our information, without our permission
and puts their own copyright on our
material in breach of copyright laws.
In
regard to the collection of personal
information by the Australian Miniature
Goat Registry the AMGR will:
* not collect such information unless
it is necessary for its functions or
activities;
* collect such information in comprehension
and obedience with Australian Privacy
Law.
* take reasonable actions to ensure
the person is aware:
....- of
the purpose for which the information
is collected (this is contained within
AMGR Rules & Regulations;
....- that
the AMGR reserves the right to re-distribute
all or part of the information to any
other entity
......or
person(s) in order to achieve its objectives
as defined in the AMGR Rules & Regulations
and;
....- any
consequences (if any) resulting from
the failure to provide any requested
information
In regards to the use and disclosure
of personal information the AMGR
will:
* not use or disclose such information
about an individual for a purpose other
than the stated primary
...purpose
listed in the AMGR Rules & Regulations
unless:
....- A
secondary purpose is related to the
primary purpose; and/or
....- Consent
from the individual has been granted;
and/or
....- Disclosure
is necessary for the investigation of
suspected unlawful acts upon request
of authorised agencies.
* take all reasonable steps to protect
the personal information it holds from
misuse and loss.
* take reasonable precautions to protect
such information from any unauthorised
access, modification, or disclosure.
In accordance with the Rules & regulations
ofthe AMGR, Every Breeder, Owner, and
/ or person submitting documents for
inclusion in the AMGR records, by such
actions and in regard to such transactions,
agree that such information may be passed
on to other parties as required by the
AMGR.
Complaints
and Further Information
Complaints:
* If a person believes that the AMGR
has breached their privacy that person
should make a complaint, in writing,
to the AMGR by post.
* The person should notify the AMGR
of any suspected breach within three
(3) months of him/her discovering that
breach.
* The AMGR will conduct an internal
investigation on receiving a complaint
and will complete the investigation
within 30 days.
* The AMGR will inform the individual
in writing of the outcome of the investigation.
Course of action(s) that may
be taken by the AMGR:
* Make a formal apology to the person
who made the complaint;
* Take action in practices and/or policies
to ensure that this type of breach will
not occur again;
* Take no further action if the AMGR
was not found guilty; and
* Take any remedial action that is necessary
or appropriate.
