AGREEMENT

By excepting this agreement, the Lessor (named above) agree to grant and accept a lease of the animal specified above, in accordance with the terms and conditions signed and attached hereto. In addition, the parties agree that; * The parties must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the animal, * The parties will abide by the AMGR Rules and regulations and Code of Ethics for the duration of the lease, * The parties agree to use their best endeavours to reach an amicable settlement in the event of a dispute arising, * The AMGR will not be responsible for enforcing the parties agreement and under NO circumstance will the AMGR be bound to assist the parties in resolving any disputes or disagreements. * This lease may be terminated in the event of;
(a) any breach of any applicable law or regulation in relation to the animal,
(b) any breach of the AMGR rules, regulations or code of ethics,
(c) any breach of the terms and conditions above, or attached hereto,
(d) any other conduct which is seriously prejudicial to the animal’s welfare,
(e) upon agreement of both parties.

* The animal included in this lease shall remain the sole property of the Lessor. * The Lessee shall allow the Lessor to enter the property, at any reasonable hour (upon giving notice of such) to inspect the animal, with or without a veterinarian or to collect the animal in the event of breach of lease. * The Lessee shall complete and submit an AMGR Buck Return if leasing a buck for breeding and shall supply the Lessor with a copy if so requested. *I hereby make application to submit LEASE details for the animal named overleaf. The LEASE will Start and finish on the dates provide.

As the Lessor, I understand and agree to be bound by the terms set forth and acknowledge such. I understand the Lessee must also submit a Lessee form for the AMGR to confirm Lease agreement.
