I would like to apply to Register a STUD NAME $27.50. This is a life-time registration.
*All Registered Studs must list a PIC (Property Identification Code) assigned to you by your local DPI for this application to be considered. You may also list a 2-3 character tattoo sequence if you want to tattoo your animals too, or one can be issued.

I / we understand and agree that if this application is accepted, I / we will be bound by the rules and regulations set by the AMGR and any amendments made thereto. I / we also agree to abide by the code of ethics, decisions, actions and amendments of the AMGR.
