Still haven't received your registration papers yet?
You should receive your paperwork about two - three weeks after we receive it at the office unless paperwork is incomplete.

Incomplete Paperwork;

* no photo? or unsuitable photo?

* no ear tag PIC number? or individual number on tag / tattoo?

* need service certificate?

* Parent/s due to be height verified?

* payment of correct fee?

* incorrect form?

* No original certificate?

* Measurement needs to be verified by Vet?

* doe with no parent/s and under two years of age?

* form/s require signature?

We will try to contact you when paperwork is received to let you know that it is incomplete. ALL Paperwork will be held until all requirements are met. Additional charges may be incurred for incomplete paperwork.
After three unsuccessful attempts to contact you, your paperwork will be filed until you contact us.
